Q: How long will it take to receive my ring?

A: Our current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. Turnaround time may be longer if your order is a custom design.

Q: Can I get my ring faster?

A: We do offer expedited services. The service typically ranges from $100-$250 depending on the ring and your time frame. Please contact us to see if your time frame is doable at support@maywelljewelry.com. Include in your email:

    1. The ring you’re interested in
    2. What metal you want for your ring
    3. The stone type and size you’re interested in
    4. The date you need it
    5. Your shipping address

Q: What happens if my package gets lost, damaged or stolen?

A: Rest assured, none of our packages have ever been lost. However, to protect our customers we offer free shipping insurance. It covers any lost or damaged items during transit. Please contact us and attach any photos of damage and screenshots of the tracking within 3 days of a missing or damaged ring to claim it through insurance. If you contact us after 7 days of the last shipping update we may not be able to make a claim for you.

Q: What shipping do you offer?

A: For U.S. orders we offer free shipping which takes 2-3 days and comes with tracking. If you’d like to add any shipping extras such as signature on delivery, or special delivery instructions please contact us at support@maywelljewelry.com to add it to your order. Some extras may incur an additional fee.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship to all ends of the earth. You can choose your shipping at checkout. When shipping internationally your package may be delayed at customs and/or require additional import fees. This is determined by your home country and cannot be controlled or predicted by Maywell. We will gladly help to expedite the process in this case, however, Maywell is not responsible for any fees or delays due to customs and international postage services.

Q: Can I get an engraving on my ring?

A: We can engrave text on most of our rings. The text must be less than 7 characters for women's rings. If you want to know if we can engrave on a specific ring reach out to us here.

Q: What information do I need to send for a custom ring:

  1. Ring size
  2. Stone size and shape
  3. Metal choice: We typically offer 14k rose, white and yellow gold, and platinum.
  4. Engraving: Up to 7 characters on most rings
  5. Matching men’s ring: We offer discounts when you order both the mens and women’s rings together.

Q: What metals can I get my ring made in?

A: We typically offer 14k rose, white and yellow gold, and platinum.

If you’d like a different metal or a ring made in 18k gold just contact us at support@maywelljewelry.com to get a quote.

Q: How can I be confident in my ring size?

A: You can add on a sizing kit to any order which comes with US sizes 1-13. If you forgo our ring sizers we suggest getting sized at a jeweler 2-3 times before settling on your size. 

Q: Will my ring be covered by a warranty?

A: Yes! We cover each ring under our warranty for 24 months. You can read what is included in our warranty here.

During and after the 24 months, we suggest adding your ring(s) to your home-owners insurance policy. It is a low-cost way to cover your ring(s) in the event of loss, damage, theft etc. Coverage costs will vary by provider but for most plans, it will cost 1-2% of the total value.

Q: How can I care for my ring?

A: With each order your ring is covered by our 24 month guarantee which includes ring polishings, cleanings and stone tightening. You can read more about that here. Please send it in to us for inspection and cleaning at least once a year to prolong it’s life. Also, please make sure to remove it during any rigorous activities and while sleeping.

Q: Do you offer a military discount?

A: We are happy to offer a military discount to active military members and their spouses / fiancés. Just send us an email with verification, often you can get this through free online apps, and we’ll give you a discount for 10% off.

Q: I just purchased a ring and now it’s on sale, can I get it for the sale price?

A: We honor promotional pricing for purchases made up to 2 days prior to the start of the sale. Just contact us at support@maywelljewelry.com and we will credit your account. Promo codes cannot be applied to discounted items and cannot be used in combination with another discount.
